OFFICIAL RULES THE STONER REVIEW COLORADO CANNABIS CULTURE WEEKEND SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR The Stoner Review (“Sponsor”), thestonerreview.com. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or any other social platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. ENTRY PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER There is one (1) free method of entry and optional bonus entry methods. Limit [e.g., 10] total entries per person per day, regardless of method. Multiple entries beyond the daily limit will be disqualified.

A. Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): During the Entry Period, visit the official entry page at https://thestonerreview.com/pages/contact and complete the official entry form with your full name, valid email address, confirmation that you are 21+, zip code, and agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. You will receive one (1) entry. This is the primary and completely free method.

B. Social Bonus Entries (Optional): Follow the official @420StonerReview accounts on Instagram and/or X and engage with the pinned or designated Sweepstakes post as instructed in the post (e.g., like, comment with #StonerReviewCO and tag two friends). You may receive the number of bonus entries stated in the post (example: up to 5 bonus entries). Must comply with platform rules.

C. Merchandise Purchase Bonus Entries (Optional): Make a qualifying purchase of $25 or more of eligible merchandise on thestonerreview.com during the Entry Period. You will receive [e.g., 5] bonus entries per qualifying order (or whatever structure you choose — example: 1 bonus entry per $10 spent). Purchases must be completed and not returned/cancelled to earn the bonus entries. This method is optional and does not increase your odds compared to the free method when all entries are considered.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Automated, robotic, or third-party entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or violating these rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 25th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Decisions are final and binding.

6. PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day / 2-night cannabis culture immersion weekend experience in Colorado (Denver or Boulder metro area preferred) for the winner and one (1) guest (21+).

The prize includes:

Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a cannabis-friendly luxury property (double occupancy, room and tax only).
$1,000 USD travel stipend (issued as check or digital gift card) to offset transportation costs to/from Colorado.
Curated recommendations and access information for legal, adult (21+) cannabis culture experiences during the stay (self-guided dispensary visits, local events if timing aligns, elevation-friendly activities).
Exclusive The Stoner Review merchandise bundle (ARV $200).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $2,800 USD. Actual value may vary based on dates, location, and market conditions.

Important Prize Conditions & Restrictions:

The trip dates will be mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and Winner and must be completed by June 30, 2027] (or specific window you choose), subject to hotel availability and blackout dates. Winner is responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare, ground transportation beyond the stipend, meals, gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance (recommended), and any other costs not expressly listed.
No cannabis, cannabis products, edibles, flower, concentrates, vapes, paraphernalia, or related items are included, provided, gifted, or facilitated as part of this prize or promotion. The experience is for legal adult cannabis culture tourism and education in Colorado only. Winner and guest must comply with all Colorado and federal laws, including age verification (21+ with valid government-issued photo ID) and consumption rules (private property only where permitted). Sponsor does not encourage or condone any illegal activity.
Winner and guest must be physically and legally able to travel and participate. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, injuries, illnesses, or other issues arising from travel or activities.
Prize is non-transferable (except guest designation), not redeemable for cash (except at Sponsor’s sole discretion), and no substitutions. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value (Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 if required).
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to complete any required affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and tax forms within the deadlines provided.

7. ODDS OF WINNING The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided within approximately 5–10 business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification with the required information and completed documents. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to timely complete requirements, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and residency. Guest (if any) must also meet eligibility requirements and sign releases.

9. PUBLICITY & RELEASE Except where prohibited by law, by entering or accepting a prize, each entrant/winner grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval. Winner and guest agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, including travel-related risks.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

These Official Rules supersede and replace any and all prior, inconsistent, or conflicting statements, representations, advertisements, promotions, social media posts, emails, or other communications about this Sweepstakes, whether made orally, in writing, electronically, or otherwise. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these Official Rules shall control.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, viruses, tampering, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of modification/suspension/termination.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Governing Law & Disputes: This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising or in the Official Rules. In no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. WINNER LIST For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Stoner Review Colorado Weekend Sweepstakes – Winner List, [insert full address], or email [request@thestonerreview.com] after the drawing date. Requests must be received within 60 days of the drawing.

13. PRIVACY Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at thestonerreview.com) and these Official Rules. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

14. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
