Nevada’s legal cannabis numbers, in one place. What licensed dispensaries sell, how much excise tax that brings in, who holds licenses and where the money goes. Every figure comes from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board or the Nevada Department of Taxation. Each one links to its source and carries an “as of” date. We refresh it weekly.

Taxable sales are broader than cannabis. Taxation says taxable sales include adult-use and medical cannabis plus other taxable items stores sell, like merchandise.
Not published in a form we can verify: sales by product, prices, and sales by store or city. On Oct. 17, 2026, Taxation’s site answered our fetch of the fiscal 2026 monthly file with an automated bot check, so we used the joint fiscal 2025 release and the fiscal 2027 file. We’ll add fiscal 2026 when the file comes through normally.
