Licenses

All of Rhode Island’s cannabis sales run through 9 compassion centers with hybrid adult-use authorization, supplied by 55 licensed cultivators. State law allows up to 24 new retail-only stores across six zones. CCC took 97 applications in 2025, but a court order halted that round and 2026 legislation voided it; a new application window followed.
