Tracking data, not tax data. OLCC’s market figures come from Metrc, the state’s cannabis tracking system, based on what licensees enter. Sales include adult-use customers and medical patients buying at OLCC-licensed retailers, plus hemp items those stores sell. OLCC updates the data monthly. We leave out October 2026 because it is only partly reported.
