Sales: by month and year
Maryland smokers and patients spent $101.5 million at licensed dispensaries in September 2026, according to MCA, compared with $93.7 million a year earlier. Adult-use buyers accounted for 83% of that. Sales totaled $1.17B in 2025. Stores sold 21,760 pounds of product in September 2026.
