1. Sponsor

Sponsor is The Stoner Review (“TSR,” “we,” “us”), operating the storefront at thestonerreview.com. Contact: use the Contact page. Mailing address for formal notices: 17 Park Knoll Drive, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, United States.

2. What these rules cover

These Official Rules govern TSR’s ongoing and drop-specific Follow & Win promotions for free industry merchandise (the “Giveaways”), including social follows, shares, comments, newsletter signup, and similar free entry methods. Each drop may publish a short summary post; if anything in a post conflicts with these Rules, these Rules control unless that drop posts amended Official Rules that expressly supersede a section here.

3. Eligibility

• Open only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
• Must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where this type of promotion is lawful. Void where prohibited.
• Not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family/household members of The Stoner Review or any prize-supplying brand for that drop.
• Entrants must be able to accept apparel/merch shipping to a valid address we can fulfill (typically US; international only if that drop says so).

4. How to enter

During an active Giveaway period stated in the drop post:

• Required: Follow the TSR account(s) named in the post (Facebook — The Stoner Review; Instagram or others only when listed).
• Optional / bonus entries: Only methods listed in that drop (e.g., comment a keyword, share to your story with tag, join the newsletter, visit The Wire). Methods not listed do not count.
• Limit: Unless a drop says otherwise, one primary entry per person per drop. Bonus entries only as expressly allowed. Fake accounts, bots, and multiple entries from the same person beyond stated limits are void.
• No purchase necessary. Buying tees, hoodies, or anything else on thestonerreview.com does not improve odds.

5. Prizes — industry merchandise only

Prizes are apparel and industry merchandise only — for example TSR shirts/hoodies, event floor swag, or brand merch supplied for a specific drop. Approximate retail value (ARV) will be stated in that drop’s post when practicable.

• Never cannabis. We do not award flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, or any controlled cannabis product. TSR sells culture apparel only.
• Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV if needed.
• Sizes/colors subject to availability; winner cooperates on size within a reasonable window or forfeits for an alternate.

6. Winner selection & odds

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries after the drop closes, or by the method stated in that drop (e.g., random draw). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners are notified via the platform used to enter (comment reply, DM, email) within a reasonable time. Failure to respond within 48 hours (or the window in the drop post) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

7. Verification & release

Sponsor may require age/eligibility confirmation and a simple affidavit or publicity release where lawful. Refusal = forfeiture. By entering, you agree Sponsor may use your first name, city/state, and social handle for winner announcement without further compensation, except where prohibited.

8. Public platforms

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or any other platform unless a drop expressly says otherwise. You release those platforms from any claims related to the Giveaway. Entry content must follow platform terms and must not be unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

9. General conditions

• Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or events beyond our control impair administration — always in a way that remains fair to entrants where possible.
• Void entries: incomplete, late, automated, scripted, or obtained through illicit means.
• Taxes on prizes (if any) are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries; platform outages; shipping delays by carriers or print partners; or prizes damaged in transit after handoff to the carrier. Prize fulfillment for print-on-demand apparel follows our normal production and shipping windows.

Information collected is used to run the Giveaway, notify winners, and (if you opt in) send TSR updates. See our Privacy Policy.
