What NJ Dispensaries Charged: 26 TSR Menu Checks From Sept. 8 to Oct. 14
The median price of an eighth ounce of cannabis flower was $45.00 across 111 eighths that The Stoner Review recorded on New Jersey dispensary menus from Sept. 8 to Oct. 14, 2026. Shelf prices ran from $19.89 to $59.00.
The figures come from 26 TSR menu checks at 12 adult-use shops in nine counties. TSR logged 312 prices in all, across flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles and concentrates. Each check covered one shop on one day.
The numbers describe what those menus showed on those days. They are not a statewide average, and they do not rank shops. Prices are shelf prices as displayed. Tax was not shown on the menus and is not included. The Stoner Review sells shirts and hoodies only; we do not sell or ship cannabis.
NJ Eighth Prices: What 111 Menu Listings Showed
Eighths were the most common item in the log. Of the 111 eighths, 21 were priced at $30 or less. Another 26 were $55 or more. Half sat at $45.00 or below.
The lowest eighth in the log was Guava Casquitos from (the) Essence at Design 710 in Atlantic City on Oct. 13. The menu showed $19.89 on sale, down from a $40.00 list price. Fresh Grow’s Garden City was $22.99 on sale ($50.00 list) on the same menu.
The highest was $59.00. That was the price for Grow Sciences eighths at Zen Leaf in Lawrence Township and Neptune on Sept. 29, Oct. 9 and Oct. 10. On Oct. 9 and 10, the Zen Leaf menus also showed an “as low as $44.25” price. TSR treats that as a member or tier price, not the shelf price, and did not count it.
NJ Dispensary Prices by Shop
The table lists the median and range of the eighths TSR recorded at each shop. Some shops had one check; The Cannabist in Deptford had four. A shop’s median reflects the items TSR sampled, usually eight to 16 per check, not its full menu.

Two shops posted one price for many products. Breakwater in Roselle Park lists a single tier price, $55.75, for every premium eighth on its menu. Zen Leaf’s Grow Sciences eighths were all $59.00 on the days TSR checked.
North, Central and South Jersey
Grouped by region, the medians split widely. The North Jersey shops, in Bergen, Essex, Union and Warren counties, had a median eighth of $35.00 across 45 listings. South Jersey shops in Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester counties had a median of $40.00 across 38.
The Central and Shore group, in Mercer and Monmouth counties, had a median of $57.38 across 28. That figure leans on Zen Leaf, which supplied 19 of the 28 listings, 14 of them Grow Sciences eighths at $59.00. With three or four shops per region, these splits are a snapshot, not a trend.
Pre-Rolls, Vapes and Edibles
- Single 1-gram pre-rolls: 29 listings, median $14.00, range $7.99 to $19.00. Four infused singles ran $17.50 to $30.00.
- 1-gram vapes: 36 listings, median $62.00, range $30.00 to $90.00. Most under $40 were distillate or “live terpene” products. Most at $60 and up were labeled live resin, live rosin or single source.
- 100 mg edibles: 21 listings, median $19.25, range $9.60 to $32.00.
- Larger flower sizes: 16 quarter ounces had a median of $67.50, including smalls and shake. 12 half ounces had a median of $120.00.
Sales and Member Prices on NJ Menus
Sales were common. 39 of the 111 eighths showed a sale price below a struck list price. Across all 312 prices, 104 were sale prices. TSR counted the sale price when the menu displayed it as the current price.
Curaleaf in Bellmawr showed five eighths on Sept. 23 as “from $31.50,” with a $45.00 list price. TSR recorded $31.50, as displayed. Prices that depend on a loyalty tier, such as Zen Leaf’s “as low as” figures, were left out of every count.
Same Products, Different Days
Some items appeared in more than one check. Gron’s Baja Blaze Mega Rosin Gummies at The Cannabist in Deptford were $18.00 on Sept. 17, Sept. 28 and Oct. 1, then $19.00 on Oct. 14. Happy Eddie’s Tangieland Buds at the same shop were $45.00 on Sept. 28 and $27.00 on a 40% sale on Oct. 1.
At Ascend in Fort Lee, Simply Herb’s Citrus Vice eighth was $29.74 on sale ($34.99 list) on both Sept. 30 and Oct. 12. Every item TSR recorded at Breakwater on both Sept. 18 and Oct. 3 had the same price both days.

Breakwater prices by product type, not by strain. The menu listed many premium flower strains under one price: $55.75 an eighth or $108.75 for 7 grams. No sale prices appeared. Every product-type price TSR recorded here on Sept. 18 and Oct. 3 was the same today.
