The cheapest eighth on a New Jersey menu Tuesday was $11.25. The cheapest ounce was $70. The Floor tracks the lowest advertised flower prices on public dispensary menus, region by region. These are shelf floors, not CRC averages.

North Jersey has the lowest eighth. One Ayr sale in Union sets the floor for five northern regions. Ocean County is the most expensive at $25.

What does “floor” mean on this page?
The floor is the single cheapest listed price for a flower size within 20 driving miles of a region’s anchor point. It is the bottom of the shelf, not an average. Floors are often sale items, shake or pre-ground.
Are these prices before tax?
Yes. All prices are advertised menu prices before New Jersey sales tax, the social equity excise fee and any local tax.
How often is The Floor updated?
TSR plans weekly updates. Each table shows the capture date. Sales and stock change daily, so check the shop menu before you go.
Is this official CRC data?
No. The CRC publishes average price per gram, not shop floors. The Floor uses public dispensary menus captured by Dank Detour and spot-checked by TSR.
Sources and methodology
For each of 10 anchor cities, TSR pulled Dank Detour’s public search for flower in 3.5g and 28g sizes within 20 driving miles. Captures were no older than 24 hours. The lowest listed price in each region is its floor. The statewide floor is the lowest regional floor.
On Nov 3, TSR opened five product pages directly. Garden State Natural Green ($70 ounce, $18 eighth), Ruuted ($15.72), Best Budz ($13.50) and Indigo ($16) matched the capture. Ayr and Dutchie-hosted menus (HoneyGrove, Everest, BLOC) blocked automated checks. Those rows are marked “capture only.” The Ayr $11.25 price showed again in a fresh Dank Detour search at 6:19 PM ET. Regions overlap, so one shop can set the floor for several regions.
Town pages on Dank Detour sometimes show a different floor than its API, such as about $15 for Jersey City. We use the API rows. Floors do not include medical-only pricing, member deals or bundle math.
